1.0 What Data We Hold
We collect the following information, depending on the nature of your contact with us.
- Name, company/organisation name and job title
- Contact information including email addresses, postal addresses and phone numbers
- Email address if you choose to sign up to our mailing list
- Details of any previous order(s)
- Information you provide on any contact forms on our websites
- Information you provide if you set up an online account on our online shop sites
- Chat conversations: Your name and any information you choose to provide during the chat.
- Your IP address, date and timestamped, when ordering from an online shop or paying an invoice online

2.1 Because We Have a Legal Obligation
We retain records of your orders/purchases in order to comply with our legal obligations under UK company, tax and other law.
2.2 To Fulfill Our Obligations To You
We retain and process your data in order to fulfil our contractual and other obligations to you. This includes but may not be limited to:
- Processing, fulfiling and delivering your order
- Providing you with a quote or sample or dealing with your enquiry
- Responding to your chat requests

3.0 Web Chat
We use Meta's (Facebook) Messenger chat platform on some of our websites to allow you to chat to our team via our websites.
You can choose to chat as a guest or with your Facebook profile if you have one. This does NOT allow us to access any of your private personal data from Facebook but does display publicly visible information such as your name and a small picture icon to us.
If you use the chat function to make a request such as a quote or sample we will use any personal data you provide in the chat in exactly the same way as if it was provided via one of the contact forms on our site. The section above explains how we use such data.

8.1 UK Children's Code
This site is not intended for use by children. As such the additional privacy standards that would be required by the UK ICO's Childrens Code are not applicable.
